A word for us, today…
If each word we say about ourselves fell and wrapped itself around us like a garment, what would our self-talk “wardrobe” look like? Think about it. If the words we speak either to others or to ourselves have an impact, then what choice of words would you speak? David in Ps 109:18-19 seem to suggest this truth. David reflect that it becomes visible, and these words become realities within. Could we suffer the consequences of our vocabulary? Could it be that the words we speak, we become. So when last did we opened up that old wardrobe and had a fashion change?
